Launched in 2011, this project holds a special place in our list of achievements. It being our first construction project, we also call it our ‘transition project’. Apart from being built with the best quality raw materials, a lot of intangible ingredients have been used in abundance in the creation of our first project.
Gadegaal Hills is built on a plot christened “Gadgeaally” by the Portuguese during their rule. Located in a serene and peaceful location in Sancoale, with a backdrop of beautiful amber hillocks, this project is situated on the main road which connects two hamlets. Launched in early 2012, Gadegaal Hills comprises of 3 blocks of Residential & Commercial spaces which opened up new avenues for upcoming businessmen, who now operate their businesses from this location, while their families enjoy the serene surroundings of their homes. We call this project our ‘Launch Pad’ project which was sold in a record period of 15 days. More than the commercial success, we celebrated a different aspect of this project. Apart from giving us a platform to showcase our vision, it also gave rise to a new class of ‘young, first time home owners’
